Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management & Psychologist
• Minimum 5 years work experience in Retail HR field
• Have a strong understanding of human resource practices & employment policies
• Good organizational skills & multitasking skills
• Have emotional resilience & the ability to face challenges in a fast and dynamic retail environment
Job Descriptions:
• Conducting employee recruitment and selection activities for various positions in retail stores.
• Develop and manage employee training and development programs, including identifying training needs, coordinating internal and external training, and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Manage new employee onboarding activities, including provision of orientation, introduction to company culture, and related administrative arrangements.
• Provide support in managing employee performance, including coaching, performance appraisal, conflict management, and problem solving.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in human resources and retail, and implement relevant best practices.
